Liberty Bid for EACYPAA presents: Fellowship, Picnic and Speaker Meeting

Fellowship in the Field! August 11th, 1:00 start time for games, 5:00 speaker meeting
Please come out for food, fellowship, and FUN and to support the Liberty Bid Committee for the
EACYPAA Bid as we kick off our 2024 – 2025 bid year with this awesome event! We will have
competitive cornhole, tug-of-war, and kickball plus horse shoes, lawn and table games and an EPIC
water balloon fight to end the day and cool off in the most fun way possible!!

This is a RAIN OR SHINE event as there is a huge pavilion at the beautiful park, and no matter what, we
will be out there fellowshipping with a speaker meeting at 5:00.
This is a kid and family friendly event. Food and all games included in cost of the event.
Pre-register for discounted rate of $12 per person, walk up rate is a suggested donation of $15.
